Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using URBAN STUDIO ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

URBAN STUDIO is an independent, non-commercial initiative that supports creators of audiovisual content who have been affected by automated demonetization, restriction, or termination decisions on YouTube. The Platform coordinates a collective petition and provides verification services.

URBAN STUDIO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by YouTube LLC, Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform (such as signing the petition or submitting a channel for verification), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. User-Submitted Content

When you submit channel information, evidence, screenshots, or other materials to URBAN STUDIO, you represent that you have the legal right to share such materials and grant URBAN STUDIO a non-exclusive license to review, store, and — where applicable to verified cases — publish such materials in support of the initiative.

You retain ownership of all content you submit.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • Impersonate another creator or claim ownership of channels you do not own;
  • Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users;
  • Attempt to bypass, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's security or moderation systems;
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Verification & Public Listing

Channel verification is performed manually by the URBAN STUDIO team. We reserve the right to decline verification, request additional evidence, or remove a previously verified case if new information indicates that the original submission was inaccurate.

Verified cases may be published in our public database and amplified on official URBAN STUDIO social channels with the goal of drawing attention to demonstrated, documented cases of unfair enforcement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that submitting a channel or signing the petition will result in monetization restoration or any specific action by YouTube.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, URBAN STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
